Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were pretty large, especially the bathroom, with a nice view of the market across the street. The service was top-notch, with accommodating and professional staff. The location was safe, walkable, and convenient to public transportation. The dining experience was particularly good with a wide selection to suit all tastes. The facilities were well-maintained.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice but had a damp, musky smell that only cleared with the patio door open. However, one room had visible issues like floorboards coming up and outdated amenities. The service, on the other hand, was excellent with standout staff members like Miguel and Guilherme always ready to help. The location was good for exploring Lisbon but lacked sound isolation in the rooms. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though well designed with Hilton beds for comfort, felt a bit tight. However, they were quiet if you got an even-numbered room overlooking the backyards of nearby houses. The price per night at 284 Euros seemed high for the basic amenities provided such as the glass screen to toilet and shower facilities, which lacked privacy when sharing a room.
